How to find us
By plane
Tenerife has two international airports: Los Rodeos Airport in the north and Reina Sofia Airport in the south. By car it takes about 50 minutes from the north airport to Tabaiba Guesthouse and 1 hour 30 minutes from the south airport.
By car
There are several car hire companies at both airports. It is advisable to make a reservation before departure. Free and secure parking is always available next to Tabaiba Guesthouse.
By taxi
Both airports have taxi stands. The price is about 80-100 euros from the south airport and 60-80 euros from the north airport. Remember that this information is not binding.
By bus
From both airports there are a number of local bus services operated by TITSA to Buenavista del Norte.
From the northern airport, take bus number 30 to Puerto de la Cruz (30 minutes). In Puerto de la Cruz, change to the 363 bus which will take you to Buenavista del Norte (1h15). Alternatively, you can take the 343 bus from the northern airport to Puerto de la Cruz. More information and bus lines from the North Airport on TITSA.
From the south airport, take the 343 bus to Puerto de la Cruz (1h30 min). In Puerto de la Cruz, change to the 363 bus, which will take you directly to Buenavista del Norte (1h15). Or you can take the 111 bus to Santa Cruz, change to the 108 bus to Icod de los Vinos and then change to the 363 bus to Buenavista del Norte (3h15 min). You can find all the bus lines from the south airport on TITSA.
From the bus station it is a 10 minute walk to Tabaiba Hostel. When you leave the station, follow the main road to the right (La Cancela Street). Continue to the next corner (on the left you will see the underground car park of the “Altesa” supermarket), take a diagonal left and then the first street on the right (San Francisco Street, later Los Molinos Street). Continue straight on and after about 300 metres you will see the yellow-green Tabaiba Guesthouse on your left, on the corner of Molinos and Ravelo streets.
